Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program is includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, two weekly workouts via Zoom with your session group and coach, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.
Our upcoming “Body Well Morning Magic Mamas” session will meet on Mondays and Thursdays from 6-7am for 60-minute Body Boost HIIT workouts.
Our upcoming “Body Well Ignite: HIIT & Strength” session will meet on Mondays and Thursdays from 7-8pm; Mondays will be Body Boost HIIT workouts & Thursdays will be Body Ignite strength-training workouts.
