Join us for FIT4MOM workouts at Tymor Park in Lagrangeville! We meet inside the Recreation Center. Take Duncan Road to Tymor Park Road, and park in the gravel parking lot. The Recreation Center is located in the building straight across from the parking lot. Come on in through the double doors!
